"Cracking the Urban Code: Housing and Jobs" was the theme of this year's Urban Marketplace on March 15, 2006 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
John K. McIlwain, ULI/J. Ronald Terwilliger Chair for Housing and Senior Resident Fellow, led the opening session discussion on the goal of attracting high quality jobs in urban neighborhoods and increasing the ranks of homeowners in those communities.
