Opening Session
Sustainable Development in the Urban Marketplace: How Green $$$ is Green? will explore case studies from Culver City, Hollywood, and Santa Monica. The discussion will feature office, retail, and residential products from the contractor, developer, and architect perspectives.

Each is hosted by an expert practitioner and/or civic leader and participants are encouraged to discuss issues and opportunities from their own experience as they rotate among these vibrant, informal dialogues.
