ULI LA 2008 Partnership Forum – Deadline extended to May 15, 2008
The ULI-LA Young Leaders Group is currently accepting applications for 2008 Partnership Forums. The deadline for 2008 Partnership Forums is May 15, 2008. Even if you participated in Partnership Forums in the past, you need to re-apply using the new web-based application. The online Partnership Forum application can be located on the following website:

Partnership Forums are consistent with ULI's mission of developing "better executives through education and idea exchange." Forums generally consist of 8 - 10 Young Leaders from diverse professional backgrounds within the real estate industry and are moderated by an established industry professional. Some of the many benefits of Partnership Forums include:
- A confidential, trusting environment for educational opportunities and idea exchange
- Exploration of business and personal issues
- Integration of business and personal interests
- Business and personal networking
- Development of people skills
- Personal growth
- Support
While it is expected that all Forums adhere to general guidelines on conduct and commitment level, the content and culture of the Forums are developed by its own members and tailored to the collective interests, expertise and personality of the group. In order to maximize the experience for everyone involved, each Forum is expected to maintain confidentiality on all topics discussed, maintain a high commitment level through attendance and participation and receive strong leadership from a dedicated and experienced moderator.
Partnership Forums will be created so that different real estate industries and professions are represented within each group. We will also be making a concerted effort to create groups based on geographical sensitivity.
Applications submitted after the May 15, 2008 deadline will not be accepted. Admitted participants will be notified by end of May and initial Forum meetings will take place in June.
