Jeffrey S. Pion During his 22 years with CB Richard Ellis, Jeff Pion has provided his clients with leading-edge real estate services completing over 2,000 sale and lease transactions valued in excess of $3.5 billion on over 20 million square feet of space.

With a diverse background in real estate development, investment, financing and construction, Jeff brings a unique perspective to the brokerage business and the ability to customize solutions for each client's specific needs. His commitment to his clients, his diverse background and skill set, his attention to detail and his passion for the real estate business have earned him long-term relationships with leaders in the development and investment communities as well as tenants in the entertainment, technology, financial, professional services, healthcare, legal and non-profit industries.

His representation of tenant clients such as Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs, KPMG, MGM, Microsoft, the University of California and Virgin Entertainment and landlords such as Westbrook Partners, Divco West, EOP, Crown Realty and numerous others have earned him recognition as a leader in the industry and an outstanding performer within the company. He is the youngest recipient of CB Richard Ellis' "William H. McCarthy Award", the company's highest honor, and the Los Angeles Business Journal's "Broker of the Year" award. In addition, he has been a member of the firm’s prestigious Colbert Coldwell Circle for each of the past 13 years and is one of the firm's top professionals. In September 2003, he was selected out of 15,000 employees to serve on the Board of Directors of CB Richard Ellis following its acquisition of Insignia/ESG.
