Bradley S. Cohen, Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Cohen oversees the business activities of Cohen Asset Management Inc., the CAM Industrial Value Fund 2 and the CAM Core+ Fund 1. Mr. Cohen is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cohen Asset Management, a private real estate investment firm he formed to engage in acquiring, owning, developing, rehabilitating and managing net leased, income-producing industrial and office properties across the United States. In targeting real estate investments that were undervalued due to vacancies, poor management, inefficient current uses, deferred maintenance, long-term undervalued leases or other unfavorable market conditions, Mr. Cohen has applied a hands-on approach to value-added and opportunistic investing.

Through the years Cohen Asset Management's portfolio has included extensive industrial and office properties held nationally, with current holdings comprising several million square feet. As an active member in the Los Angeles area community, he has served or currently is serving on various philanthropic boards as well as being an active participant in many charitable organizations. Additionally, Mr. Cohen is a member of the Board of Governors at Cedars Sinai Medical Center. Mr. Cohen has been a speaker at several industry conferences and is a member of Cohen Asset Management's Investment Committee, the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers organization (NAREIM) and the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA). Mr. Cohen was raised in Los Angeles and began his career as an entrepreneur while attending California Sate University, Northridge and the University of California, Los Angeles.
