Organized by the Programs Committee, the Case Studies are panel discussions that focus on specific districts undergoing a recent resurgence or renaissance. A diverse group of stakeholders-often including developers, financiers, city planners, architects, and community leaders-discuss the various dynamics that have made this revitalization possible, and often drill down into technical and project-specific details.
