Participants at the Urban Marketplace event discuss how to take specific actions toward constructing and owning inner city property that is both profitable and beneficial to the community.

The Inner City & Urban Policy Committee is assembling a business directory of real estate professionals and business organizations with relevant experience and interest in development projects located in the greater urban Los Angeles area, with particular emphasis on inner city development and investment activities.

The purpose of the directory is to catalogue, manage, and publish a comprehensive list of business and professional resources for inner city and urban real estate development projects.

The directory will be published in hard copy and on the ULI Los Angeles District Council Web site.
