Come join the ULI LA Young Leaders Group (YLG) for our first ever Sustainable Development Crawl.

This unique event will give you the opportunity to tour some of the most important developments in the city of Los Angeles. You will get an insiders tour of these otherwise closed off projects, while learning from the developers and decision-makers who have made these sustainable projects possible. Discussions will touch on topics such as:

• Green building techniques
• LEED certification
• Sustainable planning and design
• Urban infill challenges
• Adaptive reuse
• Transit oriented development
• Financing, marketing, and pricing

Participants will enjoy a luxury coach to and from all projects as well as a brown bag lunch and snack. Participants will be limited to the first 45 people to register.
