The ULI Gerald D. Hines Student Urban Design Competition 2007

You are invited to a presentation by graduate student design and development teams from the University of California at Berkeley, the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, Harvard University, and Harvard University as they face off in the fifth annual ULI Gerald D. Hines Urban Design Competition to win the $50,000 first prize.

These student teams competed with 89 other teams from universities across the United States and Canada and made the final four in a multidisciplinary urban design competition that proposed development schemes for the East First Street corridor in downtown Los Angeles. Student teams proposed the next steps in the planning, design, and development of this site.

Now the four student teams will present their enhanced schemes to the competition jury and an invited audience. Please join us for the presentations.
