Urban Marketplace 2003: Make A Deal, Make a Difference

March 19, 2003

PROGRAM
A panel of experts will examine the challenges, solutions and opportunities inherent in real estate development in urban Los Angeles. The Conjunctive Points panelists will focus on the steps it takes to reposition a decaying industrial tract into a collection of architecturally significant structures that create a sense of place where companies call home. Dollars for Inner City Projects panelists will discuss successful techniques used for raising equity, debt and government grants for development.

ROUNDTABLES
Conference participants may seek expert advice on reinventing undervalued inner city assets from roundtable hosts who are lenders, attorneys, brokers, planners, architects, service providers, and local planning department representatives.

MARKETPLACE
Following the program and concurrently with the roundtable sessions, participants may network among over 50 exhibits presented by urban development resources.
