Opening Session

Sustainable Development in the Urban Marketplace: How Green $$$ is Green? will explore case studies from Culver City, Hollywood, and Santa Monica. The discussion will feature office, retail, and residential products from the contractor, developer, and architect perspectives.

Marketplace

After the opening session and during the roundtable rotations, attendees network and make deals with others among the hundreds of attendees and exhibitors providing resources to the inner city in the Marketplace.

Doors to the roundtable and exhibit hall open immediately following the opening session, and participants are invited to join any and all of the subject-focused roundtable discussions.
