The Historic Boyle Heights Sears Site Analyzed for Potential Mixed-Use by ULI LA TAP

November 5, 2004

At the request of MJW Investments ("MJW"), ULI Los Angeles convened a Technical Assistance Panel ("TAP") on July 21, 2004 to review MJW's proposed redevelopment plan of the Sears building and adjacent parcels located at Olympic Boulevard and Soto Street in the Boyle Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles. This report summarizes the TAP's recommendations for MJW's proposed redevelopment plans for the Sears site.
